Order Processors, are responsible for entering the details of a customer's purchase order into our Peachtree Accounting system. Must check all information is accurate and complete and, if not, contact the customer in order to fill out missing information. Orders received via email and fax must be processed as soon as they arrive. They may also conduct other clerical duties within the organization.
To receive and process information and requests in an effective and timely manner.
1. Receive inquiries, complaints and orders via the telephone and email.
2. Log required information and additional information for each inquiry received.
3. Apply knowledge about company policies, procedures and product information to best meet customer needs.
4. Process customer orders on computer system (Peach Tree) in an efficient manner to provide quality service.
5. Analyze customer records on computer system, and make any corrections and/or modifications within company guidelines.
6. Write correspondence for customers in regards to their order status.
7. Contact customers to obtain missing information or data to ensure complete and accurate information on their orders.
8. Process customers order in a timely fashion and double check correctly packed shipment.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Processing clerks are required to have 1 yr office/customer service experience. Processing clerks must be detail oriented and be self-motivated. Must type and file accurately.
